ou may have noticed a change to the name of our Club? of the experts hanging over the rail couldn’t decide on the best.
The Club members decided at our Annual General Meeting Winners included Steven Cobbald (Lavenham), Merrick and Julie
Yto alter the name of the club slightly to become the ‘East Pinny (Alloaks), Gordon Beddie (Breckland), Tom Stocking (Tostock),
Anglia Suffolk Sheep Club’ to better reflect the area that is Diana Lindon and Oscar and Archie Jeary (Briston). Top spots for
covered by club members and to differentiate ourselves from Champion Female and Best Ewe Lamb went to Gordon Beddie and
other clubs with similar names! the Breed Champion with a ram lamb (called Blotty) to Merrick
Before the change of name, the Club year had started off in and Julie Pinny

At the Suffolk Show at the end of May we were delighted to see Over the course of the coming year, the club will be planning a
over 90 head of Suffolks forward for the show entering some 16 series of events aimed at how the club can support young entrants Fully Scrapie Monitored
classes. There were so many top-quality sheep entered, that even all to the breed.
